He also repped the buyers, a Russian billionaire couple. Claims Bernstein, “I have more clients on the Forbes 400 list than any other broker in the city.”

BLAIR CHANG, The Agency

One of the founders of The Agency, Chang has become the go-to agent for architecturally significant L.A. homes. Stints in fashion and advertising honed his eye before he found his design fix trading in A-list architecture. That would include a bevy of Trousdale estates: Current listings include midcentury gems owned by hairstylist Sally Hershberger and photographer Steven Meisel. Says Chang, “I want to see L.A. architecture restored to its prominence.”
